Cancellations

Calico and Twine does not accept order cancellations. Please double check all order information before completing your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

Calico and Twine does not offer order returns or exchanges. It is our greatest hope that our customers are pleased with their purchase and find great joy in the daily use of their Calico and Twine adornments, crafts of home, and apothecary goods. If this is ever not the case, we ask that you contact us with honest feedback.

Because we are a small business and all of our collections are thoughtfully curated with intention, we cannot offer returns unless the item has been damaged in the mail or arrives in a condition not described by the product listing. We ask kindly that you make sure you are 100% positive about the goods you are purchasing before doing so. A big part of conscious consumerism is only buying what you truly need and what you know you will truly use. We do our best to accurately describe, measure, and photograph each item we sell, so our customers know exactly what they are getting.

Unless damaged, all items are final sale.

Digital goods are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact hello@calicoandtwine.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

Please do not send back items without contacting us first.

  • Eligible merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase in the mail.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping + cost of returning the item. We ask kindly that no plastic packaging is used to send the item back to us.

  • The customer must send tracking for the return package to hello@calicoandtwine.com once it is shipped.

  • We will refund your payment once we receive the package and can confirm that the items are in the same condition as they were upon receiving.

  • Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. We do not offer refunds on the shipping costs.

Shipping

Please double and triple check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing an order. If a customer does not input the correct address or there is an error on the customers’ part that results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you via email immediately. You can either choose to receive a refund or pay for shipping again.

If the error is our doing and results in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again with no extra cost to the customer.

Lost and stolen packages

Calico and Twine is not held responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the order has been fulfilled and the package has been marked “shipped" with a tracking number provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier regarding lost or stolen packages.

If you are concerned about package theft, we offer Signature Confirmation Delivery, which you can choose from the shipping options at checkout.
